The factory plastic cooling fittings on the Jeep Wrangler JL and JLU 2.0L turbo engine are known weak points. Over time, heat cycling causes OEM plastic to become brittle and crack, leading to inevitable coolant leaks and unexpected breakdowns.
This complete Aluminum Coolant Fitting Bundle eliminates the two most common failure points in your 2.0L cooling system in one straightforward upgrade. It includes both our Heater Hose T-Fitting and our Coolant Tank Outlet Fitting.
Machined from billet aluminum and finished with a black anodized coating, these fittings are engineered to withstand extreme engine bay temperatures without degrading. Both fittings feature high-temperature Viton O-rings for a secure, leak-free seal and are designed as exact direct replacements for the factory components. Upgrading both at once ensures long-term reliability for your cooling system so you don’t get stranded on the trail.
Note on fitment: Because the Heater Hose T-Fitting is strictly for the 2.0L engine, this bundle is only compatible with the 2.0L platform. Additionally, the coolant tank outlet fitting will not work on some oversized aftermarket aluminum sheet metal coolant tanks found on eBay or Amazon. Baja Customs provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original retail purchaser who owns the vehicle, on which the product was originally installed, for defects in workmanship and materials (exclusions apply, see below).

All costs of removal, installation or re-installation, freight charges, incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from this warranty. Baja Customs is not responsible for damages and/or warranty of other vehicle parts related or non-related to the installed Baja Customs product. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. This warranty shall not apply to any product that has been subject to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse or misuse as determined by Baja Customs.
Baja Customs reserves the right to super cede, discontinue, change the design, finish, part number and/or application of parts when deemed necessary without written notice. Baja Customs is not responsible for misprints or typographical errors within the website or price sheet.
